Shipping and Returns

At SER Ltd sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. To minimise our carbon footprint, we don't keep a storage facility in the UK and ship directly from our suppliers. As we don't want to mail loads of individual parcels internationally, we bulk ship to the UK where individual orders are delivered locally to your home or office. 

Delivery Time

This means that shipping takes a bit longer as we fill a pallet with individual parcels for the international shipping. We expect to deliver your order within 7-10 working days and we only charge for the last mile shipping in the UK.

Returns

We have a no-quibbles returns policy. You can return any unused product (in original and undamaged packaging) within 28 days of delivery, for refund or replacement. If the product is faulty or damaged we replace it under our 5 year warranty and pay for the return shipping cost. The customer pays for return shipping costs in all other cases.
